What has been done

• Every page works from the keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
• The body map in the booking form is not picture-only: every area is a labelled control, changes are announced to screen readers, and everything you mark is repeated as text you can read and remove.
• Text meets AA contrast against the cream background, and nothing relies on colour alone to make sense.
• Motion respects your system setting. Turn on “reduce motion” and the water stops moving, the reveals stop animating, and nothing is lost.
• Text can be zoomed to 200% without content breaking or being cut off.
• Images carry real alternative text, written next to the image so it does not get forgotten.
• Forms use real labels, explain errors in words, and never rely on placeholder text alone.

Known gaps

The map on the contact page is a Google embed, and its accessibility is not something I control. The address and directions are always available as plain text beside it, and I am happy to give directions over the phone.
